Nickel Base Superalloy

The Cr content in Incoloy800 800 alloy is usually 15-25%, the nickel content is 30-45%, and it contains small amounts of aluminum and titanium. After rapid cooling at high temperatures, the 800 alloy is in a single austenite zone, therefore, it is used in a single austenite structure. Alloys have high chromium content and sufficient nickel content, so they have high high-temperature corrosion resistance and are widely used in industry. In chloride, low concentration NaOH aqueous solution, and high temperature and high pressure water, it has excellent resistance to stress corrosion cracking, so it is used to manufacture equipment that is resistant to stress corrosion cracking. Incoloy800 is a similar brand to 0Cr20Ni32AlTi in the United States: No8800 in Japan: NCF800 in West Germany: X2NiCrAlTi3220
